1. Overview

This website is operated by S.M Retail Store. Throughout the website, the terms “we,” “us” and “our” refer to S.M Retail Store.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the website or place an order.

Our online store is hosted through Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform used to display and sell our products. The sales contract for products purchased from this store is between the customer and S.M Retail Store.

By using this website or placing an order, you confirm that:

• The information you provide is complete and accurate.

• If you are acting for another person or business, you are authorized to do so.

• If you are not legally able to enter into a contract independently, you have obtained permission from a parent or legal guardian.

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, photographs, colours, sizes, specifications, materials and other information accurately.

• Product availability can change without notice.

Nothing in this section limits your rights if a product is materially different from its description, damaged, defective, incomplete or incorrect.

4. Prices

Unless otherwise stated, prices on this website are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

Prices may change without notice. A price change will not affect an order that we have already accepted, except where required by law or agreed with the customer.

Any applicable delivery charge, discount, tax or additional cost will be displayed during checkout where applicable.

We reserve the right to correct an obvious pricing or product-information error before accepting an order. If payment has already been received for an affected order, we will contact you and offer the choice of proceeding at the correct price or receiving a full refund.

5. Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order does not automatically guarantee its acceptance.

After placing an order, you may receive an automated order acknowledgement. This confirms that we have received the order but does not necessarily mean that it has been accepted for fulfilment.

An order is accepted when we confirm it for fulfilment or dispatch it.

We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch for reasons including:

• The product is unavailable.

• The price or product information contains an obvious error.

• Payment or customer information cannot be verified.

• The delivery address is incomplete or outside our service area.

• We reasonably suspect fraud, misuse or an unauthorized transaction.

• The order violates these Terms or applicable law.

If we cancel a prepaid order, the amount received for the cancelled products will be refunded.

6. Cash on Delivery orders

Cash on Delivery orders may require confirmation through telephone, WhatsApp, SMS or email before dispatch.

Customers must provide an accessible telephone number and complete delivery address. If we cannot verify an order after reasonable attempts, it may be cancelled.

Customers should place orders only if they genuinely intend to receive and pay for them.

Where a customer repeatedly refuses confirmed Cash on Delivery orders without a reasonable explanation, provides false information or misuses the service, we may:

• Require advance payment for future orders.

• Disable Cash on Delivery for that customer.

• Decline future orders where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud or repeated misuse.

These measures will not affect any right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Payments

You agree to provide accurate and current billing, payment and contact information.

Available payment methods may include Cash on Delivery, bank transfer, digital wallet or another method displayed during checkout.

For advance-payment orders, an order may remain unconfirmed until payment has been received and verified.

S.M Retail Store will never ask you to disclose confidential passwords, PINs or one-time verification codes. Customers should make payments only through payment details officially provided by S.M Retail Store.

8. Shipping and delivery

Orders are delivered to the address provided during checkout.

Delivery dates and timeframes are estimates unless we expressly confirm otherwise. Delivery can be affected by courier operations, weather, public holidays, remote locations, security conditions, incomplete addresses and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing:

• The correct recipient name.

• A complete delivery address.

• A working telephone number.

• Any information reasonably required by the courier.

Please contact us promptly if an order is delayed or its tracking information appears incorrect.

9. Order cancellation

You may request cancellation before your order has been dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. After delivery, an eligible product may be returned in accordance with our Return, Exchange and Refund Policy.

Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee cancellation if the order has already entered fulfilment or been handed to the courier.

10. Returns, exchanges and refunds

Nothing in these Terms or our Return Policy limits any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Nothing in these Terms prevents a customer from approaching a consumer-protection authority, court or other body having lawful jurisdiction.

29. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with our Return and Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and any product-specific conditions, constitute the agreement governing use of the store and purchases from S.M Retail Store.

If a product-specific condition conflicts with these Terms, the more specific condition will apply to that product, subject to applicable law.
